Change Management Analyst

Job Description Non‑technical, analytical role to coordinate audits and manage change policies. Coordinate audits and ensure workflows are followed. Apply change management policies for normal, standard, and emergency changes (ISO terminology). Maintain records tied to projects, duration, and descriptions. Look for individuals with change‑management experience or strong personality from entry level. Qualifications Background in non‑technical analytical work and audit coordination. Experience or interest in change management and ISO terminology. Strong soft skills: analytical, good follow‑up, professional communication, persistence, thick‑skinned. Additional Information Environment/Tools: CA Service Desk. Potential challenges: Managing diverse personalities and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Team size: 6.
