Corporate Associate Attorney – San Francisco, CA A highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated transactional practice. The practice offers a diverse mix of transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, emerging growth companies, private investment funds, corporate governance, and general business counseling.
