Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in New Windsor, MD. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders for electrical, lighting, heating, and networking products. The Inside Sales Representative will maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, support outside sales efforts, and assist with lead follow-up and pipeline tracking. Daily activities include coordinating with vendors and internal teams, ensuring accurate product information, and contributing to sales initiatives that support revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities. Commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, including timely responses and proactive problem-solving. Experience in Account Management, maintaining and growing relationships with customers and channel partners. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product information clearly. Experience in electrical, lighting, heating, or networking products is beneficial, along with basic technical aptitude. Proficiency with CRM systems, order entry software, and standard office productivity tools. Ability to work on-site full time in New Windsor, MD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
