**Shift:** Monday-Saturday - 05:00 AM -7:00 PM

Weekly paycheck

**Pay:** $18.00 p/h

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer support via phone and email, assisting customers, business partners, and drivers with inquiries and updates.

+ Handle complaints professionally, diagnose issues, and deliver effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Monitor delivery routes, track shipments, and manage changes or cancellations to orders.

+ Utilize Microsoft Office tools and strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Bilingual English/Spanish.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
