What To Expect As a controls technician at Tesla, you will play a pivotal role in driving manufacturing excellence within one of the world’s most advanced die casting operations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, and process teams to ensure the continuous, reliable operation of large-scale die casting machines, robotic systems, PLC‑controlled automation, and integrated industrial control infrastructure, directly impacting uptime, scrap reduction, and process consistency.
