In our Upstate New York headquarters, we house some of the most advanced equipment available to produce new and unique components for the jewelry industry.What You’ll DoAs a Stamping Machine Operator, you will help keep production moving by setting up and running stamping equipment to meet exact work order requirements and quality standards. This role exists to ensure our customers receive consistent, accurate components—safely and on schedule.Key responsibilities include:- Set up stamping machines and verify first-piece accuracy- Monitor runs, make adjustments, and document output as required- Perform in-process inspections and respond to quality concerns- Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized work areaRequired qualifications/skills: - Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery- Ability to read and comprehend work orders and specifications- Safety awareness and familiarity with equipment set-ups- Strong teamwork and dependable communicationIf you’re ready for a steady, hands-on role with clear expectations, apply to join our Rochester team.A Typical ShiftYou’ll work onsite in Rochester, NY 14623 on the day shift—Monday through Thursday, 5:40 a.m. to 4:10 p.m. (4–10s). After reviewing the day’s priorities, you’ll complete machine set-ups, run parts, and perform regular checks to confirm product quality stays consistent throughout the shift. You’ll keep an eye on machine performance, record required information, and coordinate with teammates and leads when priorities shift or questions come up.
