Technical Account Manager - Canada
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing technical support for customers throughout the sales process, the full-time Technical Account Manager - Canada will address product-related queries, train clients on product usage, and analyze customer needs while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver technical support for customers during pre-sales and post-sales processes Train customers on effective product usage and gather feedback for product development Collaborate with the sales department to enhance business opportunities and track sales performance metrics Required qualifications Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies and software development Strong technical expertise in email (SMTP/MTA) and data analysis BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field Familiarity with Grafana, Clickhouse, and Linux systems
