As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.63 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, loading docks, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors according to site procedures, and documenting entries, exits, and security-related incidents. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed. Prepare clear and accurate activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives. Minimum Requirements: CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
