As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide professional customer service at the front desk by greeting residents, visitors, vendors, and financial service personnel, verifying access credentials, and directing individuals appropriately. Monitor entry activity, visitor logs, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, incidents, and other front-desk activity; communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Help to deter unauthorized access by controlling entry points, observing activity in the reception area, and reporting suspicious or unusual activity promptly. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
