The Role: Have the opportunity to specialize in Engineering, Technology, Energy, or Construction markets Develop new business through B2B sales, cold calling, and relationship building Source and interview top talent for your client Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement Negotiate offers and close deals Earn uncapped commission with significant earning potential Progress into future leadership and management roles The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
