Nesco Resource is looking for a 1st shift Operator-EP located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM Pay: $19/Hour Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembly Technician responsible for forming and assembling small medical device components using manual techniques and specialized equipment. This position requires the ability to follow detailed work instructions, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure high standards of quality and safety. Candidates must be comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods while performing precise work.

Responsibilities:

• Form small components using manual tools and equipment (up to 10 lbs. of force)
• Follow written work instructions and production procedures
• Read and complete router steps and identification labels accurately
• Set up and adjust equipment according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain department quality standards and workmanship expectations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with microscopes preferred
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and write in English
