The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the finance and insurance (F&I) operations of the dealership, facilitating the financing and insurance processes for customers purchasing vehicles, keeping lawful compliance to the department, and sales management and GM in securing the sale of vehicles as needed. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include securing financing options for customers, selling finance and insurance products, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, building relationships with financial institutions, maximizing finance and insurance profitability, and providing relevant training to the entire sales staff. Qualifications and Requirements To excel the Finance Manager must possess relevant finance and insurance experience in the automotive industry, demonstrate strong negotiation and sales skills, have a comprehensive understanding of automotive financing options and regulations and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.The ability to work in a high‑paced environment and multi‑task in a complex deal environment is a must.The candidatemusthave Dealertrack DMS experience, Darwin menu experience, and will be able to Econtract clients remotely nationwide at various locations throughout the country.
