Role Description

NOW HIRING: Project Coordination

Remote | Full-Time | US-Based Client

Primary Responsibilities:

• Order construction materials.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Track project progress and logistics.
• Support Project Managers with daily operational tasks.
• Help keep projects on schedule.

Administrative Support:

• Process payments.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track orders and deliveries.
• Update project records.
• Organize project-related information.

Communication:

• Communicate regularly with local contractors by phone, email, and messaging.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding deliveries and schedules.
• Provide timely updates to Project Managers.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management Tools:

• Asana
• Google Sheets
• Slack
• CompanyCam

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication, especially over the phone.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability.
• Ability to process information quickly.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Able to work independently while supporting multiple Project Managers.
