We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team in Champaign. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while providing administrative support to multiple departments. This position is ideal for a college student or someone looking to gain valuable business experience while working in a professional environment with opportunities for advancement. Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: Until 7:00 PM
• Tuesday and Friday: Until 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Assist customers by connecting them with the appropriate department or team member
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and other clerical duties
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Support various dealership departments with administrative tasks
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression of the dealership
• Assist with additional office duties as needed
