The ideal candidate is a power user of AI technologies, particularly those that can be applied to build, automate, and scale processes across various business functions. This role is not limited to developers; it is open to leaders, managers, and doers who have a deep understanding of how to leverage AI to replace and enhance human effort, with a focus on real business impact. The successful candidate will be part of a network that applies AI capabilities across marketing, operations, product, technology, sales, and other areas, and should be prepared to demonstrate a history of using such tools to automate workflows, improve systems, analyze data, and support commercial decision-making.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a background that includes at least 3-5 years in a high-growth environment, with experience in DTC, eCommerce, digital marketplace, or online customer acquisition models. A strong understanding of business categories such as sports, supplements, health, fitness, and similar profiles is also important.
