Industrial Inside Sales Associate/Clerical

We are seeking an Industrial Inside Sales Associate/Clerical to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming RFQ and orders for new and existing customers
- Order placement with various domestic and international suppliers
- Coordinate and maintain inventory with various suppliers
- Customer invoicing, delivery date changes, order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer order inquiries and delivery issues
- Some clerical processing and filing.
Qualifications:
- Industrial inside sales experience required
- Familiarity with and trainable in Excel, Word, Outlook, and POS software
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Self Motivated
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Shop dogs are on site daily
Drug test, E-verify, and background check are required for employment.
Must have reliable transportation.
