Industrial Inside Sales Associate/Clerical

Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Inside Sales Associate/Clerical to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Process incoming RFQ and orders for new and existing customers
Order placement with various domestic and international suppliers
Coordinate and maintain inventory with various suppliers
Customer invoicing, delivery date changes, order fulfillment.
Resolve customer order inquiries and delivery issues
Some clerical processing and filing.

Qualifications:

Industrial inside sales experience required
Familiarity with and trainable in Excel, Word, Outlook, and POS software
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong phone and email communication skills
Self Motivated
Deadline and detail-oriented
Shop dogs are on site daily

Drug test, E-verify, and background check are required for employment.

Must have reliable transportation.
