Description – What You'll Do

• Evaluate results for precision, address errors, and perform maintenance and calibration on lab equipment as needed.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analytical testing.
• Document all processes comprehensively, mentor new team members or students, and uphold stringent lab quality measures.
• Foster a clean and safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be attained within one year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your tenure with us.
