Are you a results-oriented leader with a passion for hospitality? We're seeking a hands-on General Manager who can inspire a large team, drive sales, cultivate community relationships, and ensure our unwavering commitment to exceptional food, service, and hospitality. This role involves close collaboration with the Executive Chef to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction, employee performance, and financial success.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a General Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 50+

• Proficient in restaurant financials, inventory management, and scheduling

• Develop and maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and execution

• Drive top-line sales through local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and special events

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Committed to putting guests first and achieving service excellence

• Passion for food, hospitality, and community

• Familiarity with Jacksonville’s dining scene
