Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

 

Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This individual will help oversee team performance, guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial results while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Assisting with hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members
  • Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • Monitoring labor, inventory, and controllable costs
  • Driving team engagement, accountability, and performance
  • Assisting with scheduling and shift management
  • Supporting sales growth initiatives and community engagement efforts

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast casual environment
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and create a positive work environment
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential
