This community outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers pediatric primary care services within a structured clinical environment. The facility operates on a day shift schedule and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent and quality pediatric care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses to facilitate daily clinical operations.

The area serves as a gateway to several national parks, including Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia, offering access to outdoor recreation and scenic landscapes. Cultural and educational attractions include the Fresno Discovery Center, a nonprofit science center set on 5.5 acres featuring interactive exhibits, live animal encounters, and outdoor spaces including a cactus garden, turtle and koi pond, and a tortoise compound. The Kearney Historic Site offers tours of the turn-of-the-century Superintendent's Lodge and insight into the San Joaquin Valley's agricultural history, and live entertainment venues such as Save Mart Center and Chukchansi Park host a variety of events throughout the year.

The clinician will provide outpatient pediatric primary care services to a pediatric patient population on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour work week and a 4x9 schedule available. The expected caseload is 20-25 patients per day depending on shift, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of pediatric primary care conditions. Full on-site support staff is available to facilitate daily clinical operations. Board certification is required for this assignment.
