Principal Engineer â Medical Device R&D

Seeking a Principal Engineer to support the development of next-generation catheter-based technologies within a growing vascular R&D organization. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of medical device product development experience, with strong preference for balloon catheter or catheter-based device expertise. This individual will lead projects from concept through commercialization, including design, prototyping, testing, verification, and manufacturing transfer.

Location: St. Paul, MN (5 days/week onsite)
Relocation: Available for exceptional candidates

Compensation: $190K-$200K base + 20% target bonus + up to $45K annual long-term incentives (based on company performance).
Ideal backgrounds include interventional cardiology, vascular, structural heart, electrophysiology, or other catheter-based medical device development.
