This role provides the chance to lead impactful initiatives, develop a growing brand, and contribute to a purpose-driven environment focused on innovation and accessibility \n Accountabilities: Lead the overall marketing and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, mission, and growth priorities. Own brand positioning, messaging, tone, and visual standards across all communication channels to create a consistent and compelling identity. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, email, SEO, website content, print materials, conferences, and events. Oversee website strategy, content development, analytics, and continuous optimization to improve engagement and reach. Build and manage public relations initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, executive communications, thought leadership content, and crisis communication planning. Create and oversee storytelling initiatives that highlight the experiences of individuals, caregivers, and community partners. Manage internal communications efforts that support employee engagement, culture, organizational updates, and change initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, customer service, government relations, product, and implementation teams to support strategic initiatives. Lead and develop marketing and communications team members while managing external agencies, freelancers, vendors, budgets, and timelines. Analyze performance data, campaign results, brand awareness metrics, and audience insights to provide recommendations and improve marketing effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand strategy, or related leadership roles. Proven experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns. Exceptional writing, storytelling, editing, and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences. Strong knowledge of digital marketing practices, including SEO, social media, analytics, website management, and content strategy. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams. Strategic thinker with strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution. Experience working in healthcare, disability services, Medicaid, long-term services and supports, nonprofit, or other regulated environments is preferred. Experience supporting multi-state organizations, government-funded programs, or large-scale organizational initiatives is an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and ownership mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, and strong administrative and planning abilities.
