America's Floor Source is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to own benefits administration and workers' compensation for our ~500 employees across five states. The role travels regularly to locations to support employees directly. You will also help design a Rewards & Recognition program and serve as a backup on RFMS commission administration.
