Administrative Assistant

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to serve as the face of their corporate office. This highly visible role supports daily front-office operations and ensures a professional experience for visitors, executives, vendors, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, vendors, and visitors
  • Manage conference room scheduling and meeting preparation
  • Coordinate refreshments and hospitality for meetings and events
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Support Loan Officer recruiting events and office functions
  • Maintain a polished and professional front-office environment

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of administrative support experience
  • Stable work history with strong tenure
  • Experience within law firms, financial services, banking, or other professional corporate environments preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor with executive presence
