Director, Revenue Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Revenue Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead the revenue operations function with a focus on sales planning, forecasting, and GTM execution across the business. The Director will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to improve visibility, strengthen data quality, and support scalable growth. This position is well suited for a strategic operator who can translate insights into process improvements and better commercial outcomes. Location Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation $181,000 – $231,000 annually Responsibilities Drive sales planning, including territory design and quota setting Build and maintain a rigorous forecasting process for pipeline health visibility Analyze historical performance to identify risks and opportunities in forecasts Streamline workflows and implement best practices for efficiency across GTM functions Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring data integrity and workflow efficiency Own the health of the GTM database, leading data quality initiatives Support pricing and packaging strategy with data-driven insights Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, particularly in SaaS environments Strong technical skills in GTM technologies for efficiency and process optimization Fluency in full-funnel metrics and the marketing-to-sales handoff Exceptional leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Advanced analytical skills with a track record of translating data into strategic insights Experience with BI and dashboarding tools for data sharing Benefits Comprehensive health benefits from day one 4 weeks of vacation and flexible holiday options Wellness Spending Account for personal wellbeing Home Office Spending Account for workspace setup Parental top-up and matched retirement savings Professional Development Budget for skill growth Paid Volunteer Time to support community causes Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
