Business Development Manager - Aerospace & Defence (w/m/d)

Verantwortung für die Segmententwicklung im Bereich Defense, Luft- und Raumfahrt & Security in Europa

Initiierung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten auf Basis identifizierter Bedarfssituationen
Unterstützung regionaler Vertriebsteams durch Fachwissen, Markttransparenz und gemeinsame Kundenaktivitäten
Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen, Fachveranstaltungen und Workshops
Erfassung und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Weitergabe an Entwicklungs- und Innovationsbereiche
Entwicklung und Steuerung eines geeigneten Partnernetzwerks
Verantwortung für ausgewählte Key Accounts mit internationaler Relevanz
Erstellung von Business Cases und Ableitung strategischer Entscheidungsgrundlagen

Das bringst du mit

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Business Development, Produktmanagement oder Vertrieb – bevorzugt im Umfeld Verteidigung, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder sicherheitsrelevanter Technologien
Langjährige Erfahrung im Umfeld der industriellen Automatisierung, Robotik oder Montagetechnik, idealerweise im Zusammenhang mit hochtechnologischen und sicherheitskritischen Anwendungen
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Technik oder vergleichbarer Bereich
Vertrautheit mit sicherheitskritischen Lösungen sowie komplexen technischen Systemen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit behördlichen oder politischen Entscheidungsstrukturen
Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung langfristiger Partnerschaften
Präsentationssicherheit sowie Erfahrung mit Fachmessen und Konferenzen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
