We're seeking a technically minded, customer-focused professional to help grow our presence in the commercial aerospace and defense markets. You'll represent innovative products, collaborate with industry-leading customers, and play a direct role in shaping the future of aerospace. What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aerospace and defense markets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through program launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to develop customer-focused solutions.
- Represent Renegade Materials at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Help shape the company's long-term growth strategy by identifying emerging markets and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced technical degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in technical business development, technical sales, materials engineering, process engineering, or another customer-facing role within aerospace, defense, advanced materials, or manufacturing.
- Experience developing new business and growing strategic customer relationships.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate their value to customers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Routine domestic travel with occasional international travel.
