Product Support Analyst

Supporting a critical front-end application for coverage and eligibility verification, the full-time remote Product Support Analyst will manage business rule configurations, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance revenue cycle processes. Key responsibilities: Read and interpret automated real-time eligibility (RTE) responses to determine coverage and authorization outcomes Perform root-cause analysis on coverage, eligibility, and business rule issues, ensuring timely resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to support client implementations and ongoing business needs Required qualifications: Experience with real-time eligibility (RTE) and the ability to interpret automated eligibility responses Knowledge of medical insurance coverage logic and its impact on the revenue cycle Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or ServiceDesk Strong analytical skills with an independent problem-solving ability
