We are currently seeking a IT Financial Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US). Day-to-Day Job Duties

* Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decisions. * Develop financial reports, dashboards, and analytical models using Excel, SQL, and Power BI . * Perform variance, trend, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. * Validate, reconcile, and maintain financial data across enterprise systems. * Build and maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports. * Identify trends, risks, cost drivers, and opportunities for process improvement. * Automate recurring financial reports and analytical processes. * Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Business teams. * Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and support month-end/quarter-end reporting. * Present financial insights and recommendations to business and senior management. * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and process improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or FP&A. * 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. * 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting. * 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel , including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and financial modeling. * 2+ years of experience with Power BI or similar BI tools. * 3+ years of experience working with large financial datasets and enterprise systems. * 2+ years of experience with Python/R or other reporting automation tools. * 2+ years of experience with financial systems such as ERP, General Ledger, Treasury, or Investment Management platforms. * 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional Finance, Technology, Operations, and Business teams. * 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Strong knowledge of financial concepts, KPIs, data quality, reconciliation, and management reporting. * Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Investment Management . * Experience with FP&A, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake , or modern analytics platforms. * Experience using AI and automation tools for financial reporting and analysis. * Knowledge of financial data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering , or a related field, or equivalent experience. NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $96,800.00 to $145,200.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
