Division Manager

Lead a business. Build a team. Drive growth. Not every construction leadership role is about taking on bigger projects. Some are about taking ownership of the business behind them. We're working on a search for a Division Manager to lead one of the largest regions within a growing specialty construction organization. This leader will own the region's operational and financial performance while developing leaders, strengthening client relationships, and helping shape the next phase of growth. The role reports directly to the COO and became available following an internal promotion. What you’ll own Regional operations and project execution P&L and financial performance Leadership development across project and field teams Business development and regional growth Building the operating rhythm needed to scale Who we’re looking for Someone who has progressed beyond simply delivering projects. You’ve likely led multiple teams, owned business performance, developed leaders, and understand that as organizations grow, leadership becomes less about solving every problem yourself and more about building an organization that consistently performs. Structural steel experience is certainly valuable, but we’re ultimately looking for a business leader with strong construction operations experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
