The Big Picture

We’re looking for a business-minded Director of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain and warehouse fulfillment operations while playing a broader role in driving the commercial success of the business.

This is not a traditional supply chain leadership role. As a key leader and second-in-command to the department lead, you’ll connect sourcing, product development, inventory, warehousing, logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, customer experience, and financial performance to ensure we are making smart decisions across the entire product lifecycle.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the right products are sourced at the right cost, available at the right time, and delivered efficiently to the customer—while balancing operational performance with cash flow, margin, product velocity, and overall P&L performance.

The ideal candidate is a holistic operator who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, understands how supply chain decisions impact the broader business, and is energized by the opportunity to build scalable processes in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday – Frida, with occasional travel to our warehouse in Conyers, GA.

What That Looks Like Day to Day:

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain,overseeingproduct development, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping, and reverselogistics.
• Direct warehouse andlogisticsoperations tooptimizefill rates, inventory accuracy, shipment cycles, fulfillment speed, and time-to-market.
• Oversee marketplace and e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory allocation, and overall marketplace performance.
• Partner cross-functionallyto bring new products from concept through sourcing, development, launch, and ongoing optimization whilemaintainingquality and margin targets.
• Use data and business insights to balance inventory investment, product velocity, cash flow, margin optimization, and customer demand.
• Own and influence P&L performance, ensuring supply chain and commercial decisions support broader financial and businessobjectives.
• Partner closely with Customer Service toidentifyand resolve fulfillment issues, address customer complaints, and implement root-cause solutions that improve the overall customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers,logisticspartners, and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable supply and operational performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain andlogisticsteam whileestablishingclear goals, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Identifyopportunities to improve processes, technology, and operating models to create a more scalable and efficient supply chain.

What You Bring (Experience, Knowledge & Skills):

• 8–10+ years of progressive, end-to-end supply chain experience, including hands-on experience with warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory management,logistics, and sourcing.
• 5+ years ofpeopleleadership experience, witha track recordof developing teams and leading through growth and change.
• Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, packaging, home décor/gifting, franchising, or another product-driven environment with significant supply chain integration.
• Demonstrated general management and commercial business acumen, including experience balancing operational decisions with customer experience, margins, cash flow, and P&L performance.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify,OroCommerce, orsimilar;experience with an ERP such as NetSuite is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new businesses,identifyopportunities, and translate data into action.
