Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Dublin, Ohio – Emerald Parkway (Onsite)

What You’ll Do:

• Guide clients through each stage of the loan process from application through closing – ensuring every step is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
• Collect, organize, and manage required loan documentation
• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, builders, Realtors, title companies, and underwriting to keep all parties aligned
• Provide regular status updates so everyone involved knows exactly where the loan stands
• Monitor deadlines and proactively resolve issues to keep closings on schedule
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through closing

• Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple technology platforms and software systems
• Genuine desire to serve others and create an outstanding client experience
• Mortgage, banking, title, or real estate experience is helpful but not required – the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more
