This is a service-focused position centered around taking care of our existing customers, solving problems, and making sure they have someone they can count on. You May Be a Great Fit If You Genuinely enjoy helping people and solving problems Are friendly, patient, and professional Take ownership and follow through Are organized and pay attention to details Communicate confidently by phone, text, email, and in person Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Enjoy working as part of a team What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers Assist with policy changes, billing, documentation, and account needs Help customers understand their policies and coverage Assist with claims questions and next steps Process and follow up on service requests Maintain accurate customer documentation Identify changing customer needs or coverage gaps that should be reviewed Build strong customer relationships and contribute to retention What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through Ability to multitask and solve problems Previous customer service or insurance experience is preferred, but not required Must possess or be willing to obtain applicable Texas insurance licenses Why Brauns Agency?
