Qualifications:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience delivering services in school settings is preferred
• Ability to address a range of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork with staff, students, and families
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support for students identified with communication needs
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Educate and empower teachers and caregivers to reinforce strategies within daily learning routines
