AI Business Analyst/Functional Lead

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AI Business Analyst to join their team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between AI technology and business operations. As a key member of the AI team, you will work closely with various business units to identify opportunities for AI and automation, ensuring projects are well-defined and prioritized. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Lead discovery conversations to identify AI opportunities Develop detailed documentation for solution design and delivery Manage the AI use case backlog and prioritize initiatives Define requirements and success criteria for AI projects Coordinate across teams to ensure project progress Promote AI capabilities and build confidence within the organization Support business units throughout the AI initiative lifecycle Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant U.S.-based experience Experience in business discovery and process documentation Strong communication and facilitation skills Familiarity with AI and automation concepts Comfortable working in a regulated environment Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience managing a backlog or pipeline of work Experience in a business analyst or functional lead role Familiarity with project tracking tools like Asana Experience with process mapping methodologies Experience in regulated industries such as banking or finance This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
