Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is looking for a sharp, resourceful Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. This isn’t a role where you’ll be hunting for 40 different niche, needle‑in‑a‑haystack titles. Instead, you will own the talent pipeline for their growingGlobal Fund Services and Alternative Investments arms—specifically focusing on high‑volume, mid‑level hiring like Fund Accountants and Administrators. If you thrive in a large‑scale corporate environment and love the strategy of building deep, reusable talent pipelines across major financial hubs, this role is for you. salary: $35.42 - $35.43 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Manage 15–25 active reqs (20–40 total dashboard load) for mid-level Investment Services roles, including Fund Accountants (Levels 1 & 2) and Fund Administrators. Expect an inflow of 3–10 new reqs per week. Leverage overlapping profiles and duplicated requisitions across 2–5 primary hubs (e.g., Chicago, Boston, Charlotte, Houston) to build and reuse active candidate pipelines. Use multichannel strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean) to source niche talent; ensure an equitable, high‑touch candidate experience from screening to offer. Maintain data integrity and recruitment hygiene within Workday. Guide hiring leaders on market availability, compensation signals, and interview design.
