As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and make a significant impact on our clients' success. Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee quality control and safety on job sites
Required Skills:
- Experience with metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and industrial construction
- Knowledge of construction drawings, blueprints, and scope development
- Ability to manage change orders, pre-construction, and punch out lists
- Proficiency in Prolog, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills:
- Submittals

- Construction management
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
