Together, we are stronger. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Greater Orlando, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities also include developing strategies for market expansion, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to align business practices with customer needs. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, and Strategic Partnerships Strong skills in Market Analysis, Sales Strategy, and Negotiations Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously with problem-solving and time-management strengths Proficiency in CRM systems and tools, along with basic understanding of financial planning Knowledge of or experience in the landscaping or service-based industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Aspen Grove Landscape Group
