Make a real difference in the lives of students by supporting their academic journey through hands-on therapy interventions. An experienced Occupational Therapist is needed for a rewarding, contract position working onsite, supporting learners from elementary through high school near Gettysburg, PA. This full-time role focuses primarily at an elementary campus, with additional time spent at a local high school, providing a dynamic, varied experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy certificate (must be provided prior to placement)
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to organize time effectively across multiple sites

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to students with varying needs
• Support students’ access to curriculum by addressing motor skills, sensory processing, and functional tasks
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and monitor progress toward IEP goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in meetings as required
• Travel between an elementary and a nearby high school as part of the weekly schedule
• Work onsite, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence for students and teams

This contract opportunity requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, typically from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. The assignment runs from ASAP through May 28, 2027, providing a stable and meaningful chance to partner with education professionals and families.
