Join our culinary team! We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead daily kitchen operations while ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation. You'll guide the culinary team and maintain high standards of preparation, safety, and service.

• This is a Full-Time, Salaried position
• Pay range: $80,000 - $90,000/year

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Oversee the preparation and execution of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Train, develop, and provide direction to the culinary team.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, inventory, and cost controls.
• Manage kitchen staffing and scheduling to support efficient operations.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, flavor, and portion standards.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper storage standards are followed.
• Expedite food orders during peak service hours and assist at kitchen stations as needed.
• Work closely with the culinary and dining teams to provide a consistent dining experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous culinary and kitchen leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
