Join our culinary team! We are looking for a Chef De Cuisine to lead daily kitchen operations while ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation. You'll guide the culinary team and maintain high standards of preparation, safety, and service.

This is a Full-Time, Salaried position

Pay range: $80,000 - $90,000/year

What you'll do:

• Oversee the preparation and execution of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Train, develop, and provide direction to the culinary team.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, inventory, and cost controls.
• Manage kitchen staffing and scheduling to support efficient operations.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, flavor, and portion standards.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper storage standards are followed.
• Expedite food orders during peak service hours and assist at kitchen stations as needed.
• Work closely with the culinary and dining teams to provide a consistent dining experience.

What we're looking for:

• Previous culinary and kitchen leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
