Family Law Attorney

Job Description Key Law Office is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. We are a well-established, locally rooted firm known for our client-centered approach, trial experience, and commitment to achieving meaningful results for families in Central Texas. Location: New Braunfels, Texas with work in surrounding counties Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years practicing family law in Texas Practice Areas: Divorce, custody, child support, modifications, protective orders, and related family law matters Compensation: $150,000+ (Competitive salary plus performance incentives, commensurate with experience) Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan with matching, paid time off, CLE/training support, and firm events Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of family law cases from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, hearings, mediation, and trial. Provide direct counsel to clients, managing expectations and helping them navigate difficult circumstances with professionalism and empathy. Appear in court regularly and maintain strong relationships with local judges, court staff, and colleagues. Work collaboratively with the Key Law Office team to advance client outcomes while supporting the firm’s high standards. Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in Texas, in good standing. At least 3 years of family law experience with a proven record of managing cases independently. Strong courtroom and client communication skills. Local practice experience in Central Texas preferred.
