Multi-Unit Restaurant Area Manager - Growth & Operations

NAYA

NAYA in the United States is seeking an Area Manager to lead multi-unit restaurant operations across the region. You will manage General Managers, drive EBITDA, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining financial targets.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of restaurant leadership, a Bachelor's degree, strong people and financial skills, and a track record of growth in fast-paced environments. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth potential within a growing brand.
