We’re seeking a Physician Clinic Medical Director for our City of Industry location in Los Angeles. In this position, you’ll dedicate 90% of your time to providing direct patient care and the remaining 10% to recruiting, managing business metrics, and ensuring patient and client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will oversee center operations, support and mentor staff, and ensure the delivery of top-quality care. 4 days a week, 8 to 5 with no nights, weekends, or holidays Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective execution of medical models and collaboration with therapists and specialists Monitor clinical metrics to drive quality outcomes Manage clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous clinical improvement Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding promptly to requests Manage center staffing levels and optimize workflows Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or related field Active medical and DEA licenses ACLS Certification preferred 5-8 years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings Comprehensive training in our Occupational Medicine Process Management Model Medical Malpractice Coverage CME Allowance and Time 401(k) with Employer Match Medical, Vision, Prescription, and Dental Plans Life Insurance and Disability Coverage Colleague Referral Bonus Program Varied annual stipend based on volume and responsibilities The base compensation for this role ranges from $227,544.30 to $304,860.40 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses. #J-18808-Ljbffr AnyPlace MD
