Learn more at compassus.com.About the OpportunityThe Senior Director, Analytics and Reporting Services is responsible for leading the enterprise analytics, business intelligence, and reporting services function for Compassus. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the teams, platforms, processes, and services that enable the organization to translate data into actionable insight, improve decision-making, and better support clinical, operational, financial, and strategic performance.This position requires a strong analytics mindset, deep business acumen, and the ability to partner effectively across clinical operations, finance, revenue cycle, growth, quality, compliance, human resources, and technology. The Senior Director will ensure that Compassus has trusted analytics capabilities, well-governed reporting, scalable data products, and practical insights that support the broader information needs of the business.This role is not simply responsible for producing reports. It is accountable for building and maturing a high-performing analytics and reporting service model that helps the business answer important questions, identify trends, understand performance drivers, monitor outcomes, and act on opportunities. The Senior Director will play a key role in advancing Compassus from traditional report fulfillment toward consultative analytics, governed self-service, and insight-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytics Strategy and Business PartnershipLead the development and execution of the enterprise analytics and reporting services strategy aligned with organizational prioritiesWork closely with business leaders to understand priorities, clarify business problems, and define key performance questionsEnsure analytics efforts are focused on meaningful business outcomes and measurable impactServe as a consultative partner to senior leaders and operational teams, helping them interpret data and make informed decisionsTranslate data into insight by helping stakeholders including reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data productsEnsure reporting deliverables are accurate, reliable, timely, and aligned with business needsEstablish standards for dashboard design, metric presentation, report development, testing, deployment, and ongoing supportImprove the quality, consistency, and usability of reporting services across the organizationReduce duplicative reporting, retire low-value reports, and strengthen governance and standardizationEnsure reporting is supported by trusted data sources and consistent business definitionsEstablish and manage an Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data services, or related technology leadership rolesExperience leading analytics, business intelligence, or data services teamsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insightsDemonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to define priorities and deliver high-value analytics solutionsExperience with enterprise analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI or similar tools)Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metric standardization, and reporting best practicesExperience building or maturing self-service analytics capabilitiesExcellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business
