Treatment Coordinator (TCC)

Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands is hiring for an experienced and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our growing team in Pinellas Park! This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned front office professional to support a new provider and play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience.

Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling and treatment flow
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims follow-up
• Present treatment plans and discuss financing options with patients
• Support the provider by ensuring smooth communication and case coordination
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for patients

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office/TCC experience required
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedure sequencing
• Experience with insurance verification and claims follow-up is a must
• Patient-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
• Experience with case presentation and financing options preferred
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

$20-$23/hour
