What Youll Do
- Repair and adjust machinery, including dismantling and replacing defective components.
- Operate various shop tools and equipment related to maintenance tasks.
- Perform minor electrical repairs and assist with larger electrical projects.
- Conduct pipe fitting tasks, including some unassisted installations.
- Execute repairs and assist in rebuilding power industrial equipment.
- Assist in the installation of new plant equipment.
- Maintain production equipment to optimize uptime and ensure safe manufacturing.
- Conduct timely preventive maintenance to ensure efficient and safe equipment operation.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Proficiency in understanding basic electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
- Familiarity with 12 VDC to 480 VAC electrical wiring and 115 VAC control circuitry diagnosis.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems.
- Demonstrated skills in arc welding and oxy/fuel cutting.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime as required.
