The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an accomplished Automotive Service Manager ready to take the next step with one of the most respected dealership groups in Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore. What You'll Do:
- Lead daily service department operations
- Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention
- Coach, train, and develop Advisors and Technicians
- Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Build a positive, high-performance service culture
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of Automotive Service Management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven success in high-volume service operations
- Solid understanding of dealership systems (DealerTrack experience preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore
