Fabricator - 2nd Shift

Job Title Set up, adjust and operate metal fabrication machinery and equipment to shape structural metal pipe, tube, etc. to specifications. Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions without supervision. Hours: M-Th, 1:30 P.M. - 11:30 P.M. Values Innovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships Duties And Responsibilities Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions without supervision Setup and operate various metal fabrication machines Inspect parts to ensure accuracy Maintain clean/orderly work area Attributes Operation and Control Self-motivated Blueprint Reading Comprehension Attention to Detail Qualifications A minimum of one-year experience in manufacturing preferred Knowledge of metal forming equipment and ability to adjust and solve problems as needed. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment. High school diploma/GED preferred The target hourly range is $18.50 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
