Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG/TIG Welders for projects located in the Bloomington, MN area . This is a first & second shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a MIG/TIG Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

Perform MIG and TIG welding in all positions
Set up and operate MIG/TIG welding equipment
Produce high-quality welds while meeting production goals
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Set up robotic welding systems
Change fixtures and load welding programs
Perform preventative maintenance on welding robots
Make minor robot programming adjustments as needed

Responsibilities

Strong MIG & TIG welding experience required
Ability to weld in all positions
Experience setting up welding equipment
Robotic welding experience is a plus
